A water well system, funded by a German organization, was installed shortly following the original building of the OSAPO clinic and more than 90,000 liters of water are treated and distributed each day.

This clean water has arrested many sicknesses caused by the drinking of contaminated water which is also used for bathing and food preparation.

The water is distributed at 25 cents (USA equivalent) for a 5 gallon bucket.
